Our four-year mentor program matches experienced undergraduate and graduate students with underprivileged high schoolers, providing them with a reliable role model throughout their education.

What is it?

By fostering meaningful relationships between mentors and students, our program aims to boost students' confidence, improve their academic performance, and enhance their overall well-being. We believe that mentorship is a powerful tool that can unlock the full potential of every student, enabling them to excel academically and achieve their goals.

The mentor program covers a wide range of areas, including academic support, career exploration, college preparation, and personal development. Mentors engage with students through regular meetings, one-on-one sessions, and group activities, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.

Our mentors serve as role models and sources of inspiration for students, helping them navigate academic challenges, set goals, and make informed decisions about their future. They provide valuable insights, share their own experiences, and offer academic and career advice.
